Thereafter, continue to My Tho, the gateway to the picturesque Mekong Delta and the capital of Tien Giang Province. Upon arrival, enjoy a scenic cruise along the Tien River to Thoi Son Islet by motorized boat, passing traditional fishing villages, floating fish farms, stilt houses, and lush fruit plantations lining the riverbanks.

Important Notes – Ho Chi Minh City Tour
Hotel check-in time is generally from 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is at 12:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
Private (PVT) / SIC (Seat-In-Coach) tours will be operated as mentioned in the itinerary. SIC tours follow fixed schedules and may involve sharing transportation with other travelers.
Guests are requested to be present at the designated pickup point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled tour departure time.
Tour schedules may be adjusted due to local weather conditions, traffic situations, operational requirements, or government regulations.
Guests must carry valid travel documents, passport, visa, and any required permits throughout the journey.
No refunds will be provided for any unused services, meals, sightseeing, transfers, or accommodation.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or operational changes, the local operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary while maintaining the overall tour experience.
Guests not willing to adhere to the scheduled SIC transfer timings may arrange a private transfer at additional cost (direct payment basis).
WCT Travel will not reimburse any expenses incurred for private transfers.

Booking Confirmation
1.A minimum deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your holiday package.
2.Full payment must be completed within the stipulated time frame prior to departure, as communicated during booking.
Payment & Confirmation Policy
1.100% advance payment is required for confirmation of the group.
2.Services will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.
3.Invoice will be raised as per the prevailing IBR Live Rate (+1.50) applicable on the date of final payment.
4.GST and TCS shall be applicable as per prevailing Government regulations.
5.Any amendments after confirmation may attract additional charges.
6.Final costing remains subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Airline, Hotel & Cruise Cancellations

Partly Unused Services
1.No refund will be made for partly unused services (accommodation, meals, transportation, cruise portion, sightseeing).
Company Liability
1.The company will not be liable for refund, compensation, or claims due to shortening of tours, cancellations, route changes, or delays caused by airlines/trains for reasons such as weather, fog, or operational issues.
3. Refund Policy

Processing Time
1.Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days (for direct cancellations) or 14–30 business days (subject to service provider confirmation).

1.Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

1.Applicable service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Modifications & Rescheduling
1.Change requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. International Holiday Packages

1.Travelers must have valid passports (minimum 6 months’ validity) and obtain necessary visas.
2.Visa assistance is provided, but approval rests with the respective embassy/consulate.
Travel Insurance
1.Strongly recommended for all international trips; some packages may include it.
Health & Safety
1.Travelers must comply with health and vaccination requirements of the destination country.
2.White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for denial of entry due to non-compliance.
6. Force Majeure & Liability
1.In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will strive to provide suitable alternatives or refunds, subject to supplier policies.
2.White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. acts as an intermediary and is not liable for loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party vendors.
VERY IMPORTANT REMARKS
The above rates apply to the regular period. If you confirm the tour during the Public Holidays (as specified in the Public Holiday section mentioned above), a 20% surcharge will be applied.
No services in this proposal are blocked until White Collar Travel receives official confirmation in writing from the partner/customer.
All above mentioned services and expenses together with the proposal and tour activities can be changed without prior notice at the time of booking confirmation in case there is any amendments from Vietnamese Government, authorized officer, services suppliers, airlines, immigration policy for foreigners, etc.
